The Hi-Res configuration provides enhanced resolution for materials with narrow or well-defined spectral features. Applications include pharmaceuticals, polymers, petrochemicals, industrial chemicals, minerals/soils, cosmetics, food, grains, and raw-material identification and characterization.
The “i” configuration includes an integrated 50 W halogen light source, eliminating the need for a separate external light source for many sampling configurations.
